With over 20 years of experience in fast-paced high-tech companies, Jim brings strong organisational development and people expertise. His focus on operational efficiency, leadership, and team development will be instrumental in driving our operations and success forward.

With expertise in previous roles optimising people, processes, and systems, in companies such as Cisco (a worldwide technology leader in software, network and cybersecurity), he’s led transformative projects that helping organisations navigate change, develop future-ready leaders, and accelerate team effectiveness.

Outside of work, he’s an outdoor enthusiast—whether running in the hills, mountain biking with his dogs, or spending time on the water. Living on the south coast has its perks! For the past 18 years, he has volunteered as a helmsman with the RNLI, where he has gained invaluable experience in leadership, teamwork and adaptability, qualities he brings into his work life.
