If you’ve used Working Feedback’s award-winning system before, you’ll be very familiar with the ease of the review and online publishing process. However, beyond simplifying the word of mouth experience, we also provide the ability for you to improve your overall customer experience with detailed performance analytics.
To make analytics more accessible and meaningful, we’ve launched a brand new reporting section that integrates with your software platform. Currently available to Software of Excellence’s EXACT and Dentally practice management users; Analytics gives you easy access to the most important metrics on your feedback results. Analyse how your team members are performing and understand the source of sales requests.

When you login from 2nd May, you will automatically be directed to the new Dashboard. You’ll first need to accept the updated GDPR agreement and then you’re invited to watch the introductory video.
All your existing content will be visible as before, together with a new feature that allows you to follow the journey of each of your recent feedback requests.
