To improve transparency and streamline access to patient feedback, a new Dashboard feature has been introduced: a QR code linking directly to your patient reviews with the ability to leave a review. This is a requirement as information to be included in a patient information leaflet for the NHS’ GDS (General Dental Services) Contract.

When patients scan the code using their smartphone, they are instantly taken to your dedicated Working Feedback page displaying all reviews and ratings.

Patients no longer need to navigate through complicated websites to find reviews—they can access them in a matter of seconds by scanning the code at your location, on printed materials, or even on your website.

Here’s how to get to your QR Code

You’ll find the QR code is in your Dashboard > Reviews > QR Codes > Choose the QR code in ‘Display reviews’ section. This code can then be displayed in prominent areas like waiting rooms, websites, printed materials, and other patient-facing touchpoints ensuring that finding your feedback is as frictionless as possible.
