We’ve recently been informed by the NHS (England) Ratings and Reviews team that they will no longer be accepting NHS treatment reviews from any external providers for publication on the NHS Digital platform. This decision follows a prolonged implementation period of their new moderation process. A decision we are formally appealing.

We’re extremely disappointed by this outcome, especially as we have almost 45,000 verified patient reviews pending submission since January 2024. Until this point, Working Feedback was responsible for approximately 65% of all dental reviews on the NHS Digital platform, helping to give patients a voice and practices the recognition they deserve.

We'll continue to advocate for the importance of patient feedback in shaping healthcare services and will keep you updated as the appeal progresses.
