Working Feedback has rolled out a much-requested update designed to make gathering Google reviews easier and more consistent! Here’s what’s new:

• Default Google Review Link: If your Google My Business account is linked, the Google review link will always appear first when your customer clicks on the request
• Works with All Requests: Whether sending by SMS, email or asking by QR code, the Google option will appear
• Seamless Across Devices: Whether users are on iPhone or Android, it works smoothly for both. If they’re logged in to their Google account it just happens!
