Dental Partners are in high spirits, celebrating a whopping 100,000 reviews – the first ever dental group to do so.

In 2017, Dental Partners had signed up 11 locations with Working Feedback; just five years later, they are proud to have all their practices using the review platform.

This breakthrough was achieved in association with Working Feedback, a top tier partner with a system that integrates directly with Software of Excellence and Dentally. The system collects, moderates and shares feedback through easy-to-use software and is an approved review partner for the CQC and NHS digital, which means the system also takes care of the Friends and Family Test (FFT) requirements.

Commenting on reaching this milestone, Dental Partners’ Chief Operating Officer, Caron Best , stated, ‘When we decided there was a need for us to monitor patient satisfaction and learn from it, reaching 100,000 reviews was a distant but exciting prospect.
