Data Privacy, Security and Confidentiality
We understand that feedback/review responses can capture a wide range of information, some of which may be highly sensitive, confidential or proprietary—both to a business as the feedback generator, and to the individuals who may be providing you with their personal information. Working Feedback (& Most Recommended) values the trust that our customers, whether they be individuals or larger companies, place in us by letting us be the guardians of their feedback.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1988, the data controller is Cade Directories Limited of The Green Barn, Shedfield Equestrian Centre, Botley Road, Shedfield, Hampshire SO32 2HN. The registration reference is Z2473513 and we have been registered since December 2010.
When an individual leaves a Review they are asked to provide a full name and either a telephone number and/or email address for verification purposes. The telephone and email details are not published and used only to verify/respond to the Review content as is necessary.
Some information may be shared with the Reviewee (and in some cases, where appropriate, regulatory bodies with whom we are an approved Review partner such as Care Quality Commission and NHS Choices solely for the purposes of publishing these Reviews. Again, telephone and email details are not published).
We do not pass on the information to any other third parties under any circumstances and never use these details for any marketing or promotional purposes.
Reviewers are also given the option to remain anonymous when leaving their feedback/review and where required our Review Team will edit the ‘Display Name’ appropriately.
We will retain indefinitely the information / contact details provided to us in connection with a particular Review for ongoing verification purposes. We will review our policy on this retention every 2 years.
If you require any further information on our review policy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating what further detail you would like to know or call 0800 043 2100 and ask for the Moderation Team.
